Frequently Asked Questions

What is required for image annotations?

Real world use of your logo is best. You can upload the images of your logo but screenshots of videos, pictures of your logo at stands and converences, the logos on the side of a cup or glass, on a hat. The more varied, the better.

Different colours, backgrounds etc all help. You ideally want as many as possible to reduce the number of false positives. There is no limit.

Can you help annotate our images?

We can provide training and assitance to all customers for this. If you paid for a year up front, we will do it for you.

Can I bring my own media?

Yes. Customers with a yearly subscription can upload via the web interface or integrate an API to send videos directly to us.

Do you limit the number of users?

No. Never. Its for you, your team, your boss and everyone else.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept any major credit card. Our payment processor is Stripe.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You can upgrade to any subscription during the trial. At the end of the trial your account will be put on hold. Nothing will be deleted or removed until you chose a subscription or request to close your account.

How long is the contract?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, at the end of that billing cycle, your account will be placed on hold. You don't need to give us a notice period.

Can I extend my trial?
